1Find something out
Athletic Director pathway
A bounded conversation gathers Friday facility facts without changing the schedule.
- Assignment
- Friday facility availability
- Current schedule
- 4:30 PM at Palmer Stadium
- Authority
- Coach-authorized fact finding
Example evidence:
- 4:30 PM practice can no longer happen.
- The field is available at 5:30 PM.
- Players may arrive around 5:00 PM.
- Another event is using the stadium.
TeamLine may
- Gather and clarify authorized facility facts
- Preserve raw evidence and uncertainty
- Return additional items for the Coach
TeamLine may not
- Approve a practice change
- Promise staff, resources, or commitments
- Treat a request as authorization
Confirmed facts, unresolved questions, and commitment requests return to the Coach. TeamLine has not changed practice.
2Pass something along
Parent/Guardian pathway
Only after the Coach explicitly approves a practice change can TeamLine communicate the approved update.
- Approved update
- 4:30 PM → 5:30 PM
- Player arrival
- 5:00 PM
- Authority
- Coach-approved information only
The conversation may collect:
- Attendance confirmation
- Transportation assistance needs
- Questions that require Coach follow-up
- A no-answer outcome without guessing
The response and its timing return to the Coach. TeamLine does not broaden the approved message or make a new team decision.
